Early Morning Cardio Fix with Sharon

This 45min class is guaranteed to make you sweat. A combination of  body weight and aerobic training, will challenge you to burn fat, build muscle and gain stamina. Set to music that will keep you motivated from start to finish. A challenging but rewarding workout, designed for all fitness levels.

Badminton trial -  More dates added in November

We will have 2 courts available for booking as a trial on Saturday 7th 14th and 21st November from 10am -5pm. 

Only 2 persons will be permitted per court. Courts must be booked in advance and will cost £6 per hour. 

Players must bring their own racquets and shuttlecocks.

Booking opens 7 days before and closes 48 hours before.

Junior Golf

We are thrilled to have secured funding from the CalMac Community Fund to run some more junior golf tuition.

Gordon will be back at the Centre on Saturday afternoons starting Saturday 7th November to help you perfect your swing. We are hoping to run two sessions: one for beginners and one for the more advanced youngsters. 12:30-13:15 for beginners and 13:30-14:15 for experienced players.
